I was ready to quit wearing my hearing aids that I purchased at another clinic due to ear piercing feedback!! The clinic I purchased them from didn’t know to adjust settings to stop the feedback and even asked “if it was affecting my hearing?” Dr. Springer took the time to adjust the settings, make sure the fittings were correct and even scheduled a follow up appointment to make sure the issue was resolved!!! I wish I had gone to Memphis Hearing Aid when I purchased my hearing aids in February and not spent the past 6 months not wanting to wear them…Highly recommend them and their staff for all of your hearing needs!!!!!
