I was ready to quit wearing my hearing aids that I purchased at another clinic due to ear piercing feedback!! I’ve worked with Memphis Hearing Aid and Dr Sarah Dawkins to order and maintain hearing aids for my daughter, and I can’t recommend them enough! Sarah has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We ordered rechargeable hearing aids for the first time and they’ve been awesome! We had one issue with tubing that was popping out, and Sarah stayed late to make sure the tubing was replaced and repaired the night before we left for a trip. She even cleaned the hearing aids and checked for a software update before we left! I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.
