Ivy Schweinzger, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology

Ivy Schweinzger, Au.D, Ph.D acquired her Bachelors degree in psychology from Rhodes College here in Memphis, TN in 2012. She proceeded to obtain her research and clinical doctorate degrees in Audiology at the University of Cincinnati (2019 and 2022, respectively). Ivy completed postdoctoral research training at Purdue University studying the effects of neural damage on temporal processing in chinchillas and on auditory perception in humans, with emphasis on the impact of noise exposure on hearing. She joined the Memphis Hearing Aid family in August 2022. In her free time, Ivy enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn and their two children, writing, camping, and traveling.
